Do You Have Rich Habits?

1) Getting up Early? Not really for me, yet!

2) Keep a running list of tasks. Yes, I use the “How to Get Things Done” scheme (with some adjustments).

3) Don’t take the “long lunch”. I match this one. I have about 45 minute lunches normally.

4) Count calories. I certainly eat reasonably, but I don’t “count” calories.

5) No Gossip. I’m with them on that.

6) Limited internet usage. We recently started “no computer sundays” where there is no online activity. Great. But since I work “online” I do spend a lot of time on the internet.
