Easy Ways to Save Money on Airfares?

lightplaneUnfortunately, only a few airlines have a monopoly on the majority of the flight industry. Regardless of the fare, if we want to get somewhere, chances are we are going to have to pay whatever price they are asking.

Airlines have hub cities that you typically must connect with when you fly somewhere. For example, American Airlines have hubs in (among others) Dallas and Los Angeles. If you wanted to fly from Dallas to Philadelphia non-stop you would pay more because you are not stopping at one of American’s hubs.

To circumvent this, try booking a flight that connects to a city instead of flying “non-stop”. You can just disregard the connecting flight and you will save hundreds.
